A typical Lytle summer would not be normal if we didn't go on a last minute trip. Last Sunday at 7:30 pm we decided that we were going to go to California. Josh had to work a few days down there so we thought that we should take the whole family. Basically we told the kids that they needed to bring a few days of clothes, a swimsuit and flipflops. It was the quickest packing I have ever done and very light. We only had one person leave their swim suit. We left at 9:00 pm and stayed over night in Las Vegas. Josh had to work every day but least it was at the beach or near family. We loved spending time with cousins at the beach, the pool and out to dinner. I didn't take very many pictures as you can see but the point was that we had fun on our last vacation before school begins in two weeks (Luke and Emma) and Malissa in three weeks. The summer went too fast!
