Two fun activities this week! On Monday we went to the American Fork Canyon and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. We found a really nice private spot near a stream. The girls enjoyed playing in the water and dirt. It was a really enjoyable evening, one of our last summer activities.
On Thursday I took Malissa and Claire to the zoo. We got to the zoo pretty early because I knew it was going to be hot! The Hogle Zoo has a new dinosaur exhibit which is really neat. There are many different dinosaurs throughout the zoo. Malissa especially enjoyed the dinosaurs that sprayed water. We also went to a bird show and saw a really neat sea eagle. (the bird in the picture above). The highlight of the day was the train and carousel. What a great day!
