Luke went on a ten day tour back east. He went with some of the kids from his school who are going into eighth grade. He had so much fun! He was able to go to Washington DC, Willamsburg, VA, Jamestown, Fort McHenry, and other great places. We missed him so much and we are really glad he is back! We are also impressed that he took pictures. These are just a few from his trip. Enjoy!
They're here! They have finally hatched. At first we were all excited when we found the cocoons because we thought they were butterfly cocoons. We went on line and discovered that they were praying mantis. We were a little disappointed but it was worth the wait because there are a lot of them. The girls thought we could keep them as pets but we thought they would be better in our yard. It will be fun to see them a little bigger. (If you like bugs)
Last day of School. I tried to make it a fun last day of school this year but it ended up being a sad day for the girls! The girls loved their teachers this year! They were very sad to say goodbye! ( Luke wasn't too sad because he had a class party after school.) I love how they enjoy school! I also love watching Josh and the girls ride their bikes to school..its cute! Welcome Summer 2010!

Caught......... Emma caught Claire trying to unlock the door to the garage. We have to lock the door because we're afraid Claire will escape and run into the street if the garage is open. She loves to figure out things. What a smart baby!
My cute sister had a Birthday today. We celebrated at Gardner Village with my sister and sister in law. We had a great time eating lunch with the kids, sampling the yummy fudge and taking pictures. We got really lucky that it turned out to be a beautiful day! We hope you had a wonderful Birthday Emilee! We sure had a great time celebrating with you!
At the beginning of each game the coach chants. "What's today, what's today?" The girls yell,"Game Day, Game Day!" Emma played her final game last night in the tournament and won first place. It was a very exciting game! Emma did great! This is her first year on a double A team and she has improved so much! She will still be on the same team in the fall so it will be exciting to watch her team again!
