Last year my friend made these cute lollipops and posted them on her blog. I really wanted to make these for my daughters Valentine treats this year. I went through a few candy canes before I figured out how to make them look right. (Luckily I have a friend who had a few extra candy canes from Christmas.) Here is how to make them.2. Buy (if you don't have one) a silicone sheet. I tried wax paper. The candy canes were flat and stuck to the paper. (Parchment paper might be ok.)
3. Heat your oven to 300 degrees.
4. Put two candy canes together to make a heart. Only put 4-5 candy cane hearts on a sheet.
5. Bake for 4-5 minutes.
6. Immediately squeeze the bottom part to a lollipop stick and squeeze the top too. ( You will need to hurry because it hardens quickly!)
7. Place them on a cookie sheet to cool. Enjoy!
