The week of Christmas

Waiting on the steps to see what Santa brought for them.
New aprons for Christmas. (Thanks Sue for all the help!)

Claire has a new toy violin for Christmas. Hopefully this will keep her away from her sisters' violins. For the last two years Malissa has asked for a surprise from Santa. We love seeing her reaction! Luke and Emma received phones for Christmas. Emma seems to really love texting already.

For Christmas Eve, Luke played Joseph in the Nativity skit that we did with my family. His three year old cousin was Mary and his nephew was baby Jesus. None of his cousins wanted to play the part of Joseph. I thought this picture was cute because of the size difference between Mary and Joseph.

Christmas Eve dinner with the Lytles. It was a small group this year but very enjoyable.

My mom did a baking day at our house. She made a cute melted snowman cookie with the kids. We ate pizza and the cousins played. Everyone had a great time. Thanks mom!
